While you are in post mode. You will see Compose, HTML, keep going across there until you see link. Right beside that there is a picture click on that. On the left you will see Upload (that is how you get it from your files) I am not sure where it is in your files, but when you find it double click on it and it will load it. When you see the picture and there is a .... I think a blue box around it. Click add selected. It will put it onto your post.
